Pricing for certain products may be restricted depending on certain criteria.

TRADE ONLY
These products are only available to trade customers. This is because the manufacturer of this product has requested that the product is only sold to verified trade installers. This might be for various reasons including limited end user support being available, complicated installation requirements or price protection for trade installers and resellers. Please contact us for more information.
VASP ONLY
Certain specialist Hikvision products are classed as "Solution Products" and are only available to trade installers that have registered for Hikvision's VASP partner scheme. These products require an advanced level of configuration and should only be installed by qualified security engineers.
CALL FOR PRICE
Products marked as CALL FOR PRICE may be subject to frequent price fluctuations or might not have had a price available at the time of listing. Please call us for the latest price on these products.

Trade Pricing

Trade customers can access special pricing on 1000's of trade security, networking, AV and electrical products at connectec.uk. Simply register and select trade or contact us to have an existing account upgraded.

New trade registrations require manual verification by one of our trade team. If your account has not been verified within two working days, please contact us to help us verify your account.

Trade discount is not based on a fixed percentage and varies from product to product with up to 40% off some leading brands.

Price promise

At Connectec.uk we always try to offer unbeatable prices on all the tech products we sell. The Internet is a huge and highly competitive market place however, so we might not always be the cheapest for everything. If you find an item cheaper, while we cannot guarantee to be able to match or beat the prices everywhere, we will always try our best so let us know and we'll see what we can do for you.

Phone Orders

We can only accept telephone orders from existing customers so if you've not shopped with us before, please place your order online by using our secure checkout.

Checkout

We designed our checkout process based on customer feedback to make shopping with us as easy as possible. There's no need to register at the checkout although it's easy to register after you've placed an order and we only ask for minimal details to enable us to process your order.

Credit and Debit card Payments by SagePay™

We accept major credit and debit cards online for new customers as well as by phone for existing customers. We never charge any fees or surcharges.
All of our card transactions are processed securely by SagePay and we never store any sensitive card information.

PayPal™

The safest, fastest most convenient way to pay online. We also accept direct PayPal transfers for telephone orders.

Pay on Collection

If your collecting from our trade counter you can reserve your order online and pay in store with cash, card, cheque, credit account, bank transfer or PayPal.

Bank Transfer

For convenience and added security you can select bank transfer and make a BAC's payment after your order has been placed. After you place your order, you will receive an email containing the payment information.

Credit Account

If you're a business customer you can open a business account and get 30 days interest free credit (subject to application and terms) on all your purchases. We will issue monthly statements and you'll get full VAT invoices for all your purchases.
