International Orders and Exports

The UK is no longer part of the European Union meaning the rules for international exports have changed.


Orders placed for delivery to addresses outside of the United Kingdom will no longer include UK sales tax (VAT) and the website will automatically show VAT free prices once a shipping address is specified.

It is important to note however, exports may be subject to duties, clearance fees and taxes once they arrive in the destination country and it is the customer that is liable to pay these charges.

Export orders are covered under DAP (delivery at place) terms meaning that the buyer must pay any relevant import charges.

Connectec have partnered with DHL to offer fast reliable international exports to customers throughout Europe. Once your order is shipped DHL will contact you to arrange payment of the necessary charges.

We will be expanding our export business in future and these terms may change and we will do our best to make any changes to our export terms clear in advance.
