By placing an order with Connectec for an age restricted product you are confirming that you are over the legal age required by law to purchase that product. Connectec reserves the right to cancel any order in part or in full, that includes age restricted items, if we are unable to satisfactorily verify the purchaser's age. Connectec Limited shall not be held liable for any infraction of laws by the purchaser.

Products subject to age restrictions are clearly marked online as such. The product page shows a warning and a message is also displayed alongside the product title in the checkout.

If an age restricted product is purchased, we may need to contact you to verify your age.

Please ensure that you complete your details in full during the checkout including name, address and telephone number.

Alternatively, we may ask the courier to carry out a face-to-face ID check if this service is available in your area.

We are also only able to ship age restricted products to the billing address associated with the payment method used and we are unable to export age restricted products.
