The Ezviz C8W Pro is a 3MP 2K, smart pan & tilt Wi-Fi camera
which elevates the convenience provided by a smart security camera.
Thanks to on-device AI, it is able to differentiate people and
vehicles from other moving objects, and can automatically lock on
and follow human movements to record important moments. Despite
complex tracking capability, it provides easy control to

The C8W Pro’s pan-and-tilt design and 2K resolution works in
tandem to give you the complete picture with stunning details. Just
one single C8W Pro will do the job of keeping an eye on your
running dog in the garden or a delivery person heading to your
front door.
When a human motion is detected, the C8W Pro will automatically
rotate to follow its movement and record the activity. When in
action, it makes it hard for your loved ones to stay out of
sight.
No matter how complicated the tracking is, the camera always
knows it’s way back to your preferred viewing angle. You can
pinpoint up to 12 angles via the EZVIZ App. Just click on your
pre-set dots and the camera will automatically resume its
place.
AI Powered Human Detection
The most common concerns in perimeter protection are trespassing
and vehicle break-ins. The C8W Pro features intelligent AI
algorithms that help you to focus on these events by only
activating when it recognises a human form.
Users can focus on alarms triggered by humans and vehicles while
false alarms triggered by small animals or other irrelevant objects
are vastly reduced.
Not only does this greatly reduce wasted space on the SD card or
hard drive, but also eliminates unnecessary alerts from unimportant
events.
Audio & Alerts
The C8W Pro features a speaker and a noise cancelling microphone
to provide you with real time audio security and adding another
layer to your recordings. This allows you to speak to whoever is on
your property, either as a greeting or a warning.
The C8W Pro can be mounted near the front door and used to greet
guests and delivery men, allowing you to speak with them in real
time, wherever you are in the world. It also features the active
defense function to provide an extra layer of protection. Upon
detection of intruders, the camera will set off a loud siren and
flash two spotlights for on-site deterrence.
The C8W Pro can be controlled with the easy-to-use EZVIZ App on
your phone or tablet which lets you see and hear anyone on your
property from anywhere. The App can also be used to notify you when
human motion is detected and also capture still images and video
direct from the camera.
The EZVIZ Apps are available for recent versions of Android and
iOS.

Are this camera have zoom

This camera has a fixed 4mm lens and not an optical zoom lens. Digital zooming is possible via the app but this simply enlarges the image and can become pixelated when zooming in.

I am using C8W Pro camera with microsd card for recording. I have some questions about the microsd card:
What happens when the card becomes full? Does the camera stop recording? Is recording over existing files? Do I have to manually delete the recordings? How should I proceed to erase recordings without removing the card?

The camera will automatically overwrite the oldest recordings. If you're using motion detection with a large card like 128GB then you can expect several weeks, even months of recordings depending on your scene and how often it triggers.

1. How secure are the external cameras themselves? Can a would be intruder simply smash them or take them off the wall?
2. What do I need a basic start set for external vide monitoring from three angles (rear, side, front) please?

The cameras are not vandal proof so I would recommend mounting them high enough to prevent them being reached if you are concerned about vandalism.
There are no packages but multiple cameras can be added to the app and viewed together like a standard CCTV system.

Yes, this camera has Wi-Fi to allow connection wirelessly to a router. You will still need to power the camera via the transformer provided.
